Thanks again for staying here! We hope you guys enjoyed your time. Just a few things before your departure. Check out time is 11am as the cleaner will be arriving.
Upon checking out, please-
set AC thermostat to 78°
tie up all trash and recyclables and bring to dumpster
Dispose of all leftover food and take to dumpster or take with you
ensure all indoor games are returned to cubby and all beach chairs, floats etc are returned to closet
ensure all dishes/glasses/silverware are clean and returned to cabinets
ensure TV remote controls are on coffee table and bedroom night stands
leave all dirty sheets and towels on floor of master bedroom
turn off all fans and lights
close and lock sliding glass door/all windows
sign coffee table guest book and tell us about your stay!!!
close and lock front door and replace key to lockbox
